The B'atz studio suite was perfect for my husband and me for our 3-night stay. We didn't cook, but the cozy kitchen had everything we needed, and having filtered drinking water was great. Folklor Suites is an environment-friendly airbnb with recycling bins and a compost receptacle. We could use the clothes washer and hung our laundry to dry. It was very hot, so everything dried in a couple of hours. The AC worked great, the traditional Mexican decor was beautiful, and we could park our rental car inside the property. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed watching TV from the hammock. Definitely recommend!

From the moment we arrived at Folklor Suites, we felt at home. Malou welcomed us so warmly, and you can see how much heart she put into decorating the suites with traditional pieces from Chiapanecan culture. Gracias Malou!

The B'atz suite was comfortable, well designed, centrally located, and quiet. I stayed 4 nights and was very pleased with Malou's friendly, efficient hospitality. Highly recommend 😀

Staying with Malú at her place was a wonderful experience. Her service is top-notch, and the warmth and energy she brings make you feel secure and right at home. I've already been twice, and I'd definitely return. I'll keep her place in mind every time I visit Chiapas.

Traveling alone as a 50-year-old woman, I felt at home as soon as I arrived. Malou organized my activities, gave me lots of options, and arranged the transportation I needed, which made everything easy, safe, and a great experience. She also added San Cristobal and Palenque to my itinerary. What a blessing to have her arrange it all, reducing the hassle and uncertainty and making my visit to the surrounding area as satisfying as possible. She's an outstanding guide, and I highly recommend her. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you 🙏
