The customer service is good, but the staff are quite shy and could interact more with guests. The rooms are fine, though they should provide more amenities like shampoo and tissues. One big problem is the light coming in from the hallways. It's terrible and makes it hard to sleep. Still, I do recommend the place.

The place is spotless and nicely decorated, and it looks great. Still, at more than 2,000 pesos a night, I expected basics like a coffee maker, tissues, or some sort of food service. There are a few gaps for that price.

We were stuck in a dusty, damp room with a broken door lock and no Wi-Fi. The clock didn't work either, and the decor was in bad taste. Since we'd already paid and there were supposedly no other rooms, the person who checked us in said there was nothing he could do. He blamed the lock on other guests, so we had to wedge a chair against the door. The staff member was no help at all, and the service was terrible. The price is high for what you get. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.

It was a clean, lovely place, and I enjoyed staying there. We did arrive to find no soap or shampoo, but reception brought some over quickly when we asked. The doors need oiling, and the background music carries into the rooms. It was still on at 1:00 AM and got pretty annoying. You'll probably like the place.
