The staff member who came to help was senile and couldn’t show us the rooms because she couldn’t climb the stairs. The registration was full of mistakes, and the manager was super rude instead of offering a solution. The place smelled damp, the beds were filthy, and it had bedbugs. I had to buy insecticide to kill them in my room. For basic courtesy and customer service, he should have given the money back. I really don’t know if I should stay here. I found cheaper, nicer places. A lousy hotel in El Prado. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Really good rooms, and a good hotel for a vacation. They treat you well.

Comfortable beds and a central location. Very good.

The location is the only thing it has going for it. The place was dirty and poorly kept, with old, beat-up furniture and a bad smell. There was very little hot water, and the pillows, mattress pad, sheets, and towels were extremely old and stained. You can get a better hotel for the same price. Definitely not recommended.

We left that night. It felt like a horror movie, and the place didn’t inspire confidence. When we came back after leaving our luggage and going out, our things weren’t where we’d left them. Staff made us uneasy: the person helping us seemed senile and couldn’t show us rooms because she couldn’t climb the stairs. The registration was full of errors. The man claiming to be the owner was tall and heavyset, with what I felt was a grotesque, aggressive appearance. His assistant seemed shady, threatened us, and rode a scooter around the city center looking for guests and offering rooms. During the stay, they also tried to charge us for an extra room because of their own mistake. They took the remote and keys they’d given us, and when we complained, they said we didn’t know who we were dealing with. They charge $200 for an extra person. The rooms smelled damp, doors jammed, the bathroom door had no lock, and the old furniture and finishes showed damp and deterioration. It’s cheap, but it’s worth paying a little more for a cleaner hotel near the plaza, or staying farther away somewhere clean. The photos don’t show what it’s really like. A stay here can turn a vacation into a nightmare.
