The location worked well for us, but the bathroom and AC were real problems. The commercial toilets were so loud that I woke up whenever someone flushed. The shower tub has a raised bump in the middle, which made it hard to stand safely, and the maintenance guy couldn't get the AC working. We stayed Nov 9-11.

It was a quiet place to sleep, and the Jalisco location was excellent. The staff were friendly and kept the rooms neat and clean. The bathrooms were very clean too, with clean water and plenty of towels, and the rooms had air conditioning.

So beautiful and cool, this hotel is the best! The rooms and beds were clean and smooth, and the restroom was really, really nice and clean. Someone was there to explain everything. I give it 10/10 and recommend it, it's sooooo beautiful.

The location was fine, though it's not close enough to walk to the beach activities and things like that. Service was OK. The rooms are nice, just small, and they don't have windows.
