The customer service was terrible. There are 18 steps and no elevator, which makes this place absolutely impossible for elderly people who can't manage the stairs.

They respect your privacy once you've checked into your room, and the hotel doesn't close, so you can come back late and still get in. It's a great place to stay.

The beds were so comfortable, and they treated us really well. The service was incredible, and the television works. I did find it odd that the toilet and shower are in separate areas.
