The shower was my favorite part, and the towels were spotless. The house itself was cozy and really comfortable, and the complimentary cookies and chocolates were a lovely touch during my week-long stay. I booked by phone, and they never asked me for money to hold the reservation. They only asked me to let them know as soon as possible if I wouldn't be arriving. I'll stay at the house again when I'm back in San Luis. Thank you!

I couldn't change the date of my reservation, so they gave me another one. I let them know by email. But when I arrived, nobody opened the door. From outside the place looked really dirty and unsettling, with the curtains down in the windows and only a dog barking inside.

Watch out. They say you can cancel without a problem, but when I did, they wouldn't refund any of the money. They said they couldn't cancel it and told me to call Airbnb, but they never answer.
