I liked the spacious room in the old Hacienda, and the bed was comfortable with good lighting and outlets right beside it. The staff were very friendly, and the place felt secure: you ring a bell to get in. There are restaurants nearby, and downtown is about a 30-minute walk away. Coffee is available in the morning for a small charge.

Nothing special. It was worn out, outdated, and noisy, and the towels were ripped and stained. There's no parking, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The road in front of the hotel is really narrow, but inside it's clean and pleasant. At around $69 USD a night, I thought it was worth the price. It's an 11-13 minute drive to downtown. The woman at reception, I think her name was Laudia, was very kind and helpful. There's a railroad right behind the hotel, but I didn't hear it while I was sleeping.

The rooms are huge, with a sink, fridge, dining space, and living room, and I thought the price was reasonable. The architecture is beautiful, and everyone at reception is incredibly friendly. They can provide accommodations for wheelchair users, including a room on the ground floor. I loved my stay. The one thing I'd improve is the internet signal. Coffee in the morning costs 30 pesos.

The beds are comfortable, the hotel is clean throughout, and the location is great. The service was excellent, and I'd definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.
