The staff were lovely and amazing, but the room was noisy and really uncomfortable. The carpet looked filthy, like it had been there as long as the building, and the mattresses seemed not to have been replaced in 20 years. This 50 year old hotel could be nice if it were spotless and clean, but it wasn’t.

Really cute place in a great spot. The bed felt a bit hard, but the shower pressure was AMAZING, like a pressure washer. The front desk ran like a well-oiled machine.

The room was huge, and we were close to everything. The bellman and the guy at the front desk were so nice. The bed, though, was old enough that I could feel the springs in the mattress. Parking was a good option, just not an easy one.

Nice service, and the rooms were clean, though not the best and the building is a little old. It’s a great place if you want to be near downtown.

Good price and a very central location. The staff were friendly, the coffee was hot, and the breakfast buffet started at 8 am. Rooms are small and clean, though not immaculate, and the mattress is firm. Great water pressure too. Really, the location is the big draw.
