Money was taken from my room while I was staying here, 670USD and 1,500 pesos. It had been in the bottom drawer under my clothes, and I believe the cleaning staff went through it. There are no security cameras on the floors except level 1. When I raised this with the managers, they were rude and said I was responsible for what happened in my room. They don't provide “do not disturb” signs, and cleaning staff came in several times without knocking while I was changing. Some of the staff are rude. Do not stay here!!!!

Fine for one night, and the price is reasonable, but I wouldn't stay longer. The beds are worn, though okay for a single night, and there was no trash can in either the room or bathroom. The thermostat said the filter needed checking, and the shower head sprayed all over until I wiped it a couple of times. We could see the pool from the room; it looked clean, and there was a grill area with chairs. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, and the TV offered plenty of channels. The place needs more maintenance.

There was a good breakfast buffet, and the rooms come with plenty of amenities: AC, a fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, tub, and free wifi. It could use a deeper clean, though, and the pool wasn't heated, so keep that in mind.

The service was awful. This place is a dump, and I ended up staying somewhere else. Avoid it like the clap.

We stopped in San Luis Potosí while traveling south, and it worked out perfectly for us. The service was phenomenal, the price was great, and we had everything we needed for a restful night. Gracias.
