The rooms are really clean, with a rustic but elegant look, and the shower has hot water and various personal care items. I had the deluxe room, which includes a separate TV room apart from the main bedroom. The downside is that breakfast is at a sister hotel three blocks away, and the parking is also three blocks away at a partner location. That setup isn’t very convenient for older people who use wheelchairs or anyone with a disability.

We’ve stayed here about eight times when visiting San Luis for work, and the service has been excellent every time. The staff are very friendly. Parking is two blocks away, but that’s convenient enough given the price, and breakfast is good for what you pay. Calling the hotel directly gets you a much better price than booking online. The rooms are great for taking photos, and it’s a place that does the job perfectly.

There was no hot water. They said the heaters were off because they’d run out of gas. They tell guests not to waste water, yet also say to leave the tap running until hot water comes through, even with the heaters off. On top of that, parking is two blocks away, and breakfast is served at another hotel two blocks away.
