UPDATE: My son and his teammates got HORRIBLE food poisoning from something they ate for lunch or dinner at the onsite restaurant. The rooms were decent, and the hotel was QUIET, THANK GOD. Mine faced away from the highway on the odd-numbered side. The hallways smelled kind of like gas, and my room initially smelled like burnt plastic, though maybe that’s just how things smell here. Breakfast was okay, and the service was excellent. There’s free access to swimming behind heb, a small gym on the bottom floor, plus an onsite restaurant and a bar open until 11p. HEB in Mexico is right across the way, which was awesome. I’d stay again if I needed to. Thanks for the hospitality.

I only spent one night and left too early to try the food. My room was clean and felt safe, with good internet, and the staff were friendly and professional. Checkout was quick, and they kept an eye out for my driver. There was a lit football field next door, so I enjoyed watching a local match for a little while.

Our room looked out on the sunset, and the hotel is in a newer part of town. It’s very clean and has great service, plus a gym, pools, messages, a soccer field, and a track for running or jogging. There’s also a large shopping center and restaurants just a few blocks away.

The room was always clean, and the staff were consistently nice, so I might stay again. We chose the hotel for its convenient location, but parking was short on spaces. The door wouldn’t close properly unless you slammed it, and you couldn’t use the lock. The door stop was oddly placed, so the door only opened halfway. We had a junior king suite with a lovely robe on the bed and another tossed in the closet. I couldn’t tell whether that one had been used. The corridor looked neglected, and the mini fridge was missing.

The amenities were awesome, especially the amazing access to La Loma Deportivo, and the staff were great. Parking was 4/5, while the room could use some updating. The bar was average and very pricey. The food, though, was horrible and crazy expensive. Honestly, it was the worst food I had in Mexico.
