Boutique Hotel & Suites Hacienda Lord Twigg

My family and I visited PV for the first time and couldn’t be happier that we chose Hacienda Lord Twigg. We felt at home the whole time, and the cleanliness really stood out. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were kind, nice, and professional. The manager was so sweet. She invited us to cut la Rosca de Reyes with hot chocolate, a Mexican tradition. It was a beautiful gesture, and one my family and I will always remember. I recommend this place for a stay in PV, and we’ll definitely return.

The massage Celia gave me was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. She really knows her stuff. During our full week here for a retreat, the staff also went above and beyond to keep us safe when a disturbance happened in the city this past Sunday. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we’re forever grateful to the locals and the team. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered lots of variety. They also handled my food allergies really well. Thank you to the chef for cooking so well, and to the hotel manager, Anna, for your warmth and organization. We’ll happily be back.

We had a great time in one of the studios. The small kitchen was handy for making snacks and keeping our food, and the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful.

We had a great Christmas in the penthouse with my four kids. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the pool was great. I’m pretty sure my children ate them out of chicken fingers. I loved the authentic atmosphere.
