Casa de Sierra Nevada, A Belmond Hotel, San Miguel de Allende

The service, food, and rooms were all perfect, and the staff kept going out of their way to help. During a minor medical emergency in San Miguel, they handled everything so professionally, put us in touch with doctors, and had the kitchen prepare special food for us. Octavio was especially kind and incredible.

We're big fans of the Belmond brand and were excited to try this property for the first time. We had some struggles during our stay, but at departure the management went above and beyond with customer service, which we hadn't expected. Things happen, and life can be hard. These are first-world problems, so I'll just say it's a solid 5/5 stars. God bless you, Belmond, for paying such close attention to detail. We'll keep looking for your amazing properties around the world.

The hotel's architecture is pure magic, with courtyards, hallways, rooms, and all sorts of charming tucked-away corners that gave us countless beautiful photo backdrops. It was a perfect setting for A&N’s intimate wedding we photographed here. Benito Juárez park is right in front, which made the Callejoneada logistics much easier. The wedding day flowed smoothly through all the hotel's spaces, from getting ready for the bride and groom to their moving first look by the fountain, then the ceremony, cocktails, and elegant reception. The couple's personal touches fit beautifully with the magic of San Miguel. The staff were welcoming and exceptionally professional, especially Gaby, who coordinated the wedding. They helped with everything and made us feel at home. An amazing experience. If you want a special venue with a true “San Miguel” vibe, an ideal location, and lots of varied backdrops, this place is absolutely worth considering.

Our guests loved the luxurious rooms, delicious food, and the convenient walk to San Miguel’s lively town square. Between the beautiful settings for photos, Casa Parque's intimate feel, and the wonderful staff, Casa de Sierra Nevada brought our wedding vision to life. We're already planning to return in the spring and make more memories here. Casa Parque, one of the hotel's historic houses, gave us a private, luxurious setting that was beautifully convenient. Having the wedding day come together in one place made everything flow smoothly. We fell for the property's greenery, flowers, and authentic hacienda charm as soon as we found it. Planning was easy, too. The hotel handled catering and services directly, so we didn't have to coordinate multiple vendors and could enjoy the process. Gabriela and her team were professional, respectful, and collaborative from the start. Our wedding planner also remarked on how easy they were to work with. On the day, the team made us and our guests feel like VIPs. They steamed my wedding dress and the groom's tuxedo, and brought medicine to our room when we needed it. The dedicated guest text line was a thoughtful extra. Drinks and food were plentiful, service was impeccable, and guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever attended. We especially want to thank Oscar, Alejandro, and Maciel. They were warm, enthusiastic, and professional, and made us feel cared for. Oscar greeted us by name and surprised us with champagne after a spa day, a gesture we'll always remember. Alejandro and Maciel brought a joyful, festive feel to every interaction, from poolside lunches to the wedding itself. They felt like an extension of our family, and everyone adored them. For a wedding or a stay that feels luxurious and intimate, and is handled with care, this property is a perfect choice.
