The staff, Isabel and Nancy, made us feel so cared for. They handled everything with warmth and efficiency, from making a wonderful breakfast each morning to cleaning the rooms meticulously and even organizing our belongings. When we briefly lost power one rainy evening, the owner, Michelle, came by herself to apologize and immediately moved us to a new room. That proactive service is rare. The design details were incredible, with every room individually and beautifully put together. The amenities were thoughtful and top quality, and the whole place felt luxurious, secure, and welcoming. I’ll absolutely stay here again and hope to return soon with my three sons and three grandchildren.

I only took a tour, but the rooms looked gorgeous and the location was great. The host was warm and friendly, and the upstairs event space was beautiful.

The rooftop at Casa Grande was a real highlight, full of beautiful flowers and perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset. I fell in love with the place during my stay in San Miguel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed, and the host was amazing and made the visit unforgettable. It felt like pure magic.

Isabel and Vicky made our stay unforgettable with their care and attention. They went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and make us feel like family. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived at Casa Grande Luxury Rental in San Miguel de Allende. The property is stunning, with luxurious touches and beautiful details that suit its charming historic setting. We highly recommend Casa Grande and look forward to coming back.
