The service is second to none. Paola and Alfredo go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. My wife and I have been coming for 4 years and counting, and this is the only place we stay whenever we visit SMA. Casa Las Palmas is gorgeous, with a heavenly, lush garden, a great pool, shaded terrace, pool beds, and a grill. There’s also a decorative fountain with fire that creates a great nighttime ambiance. It’s an oasis a couple kilometers from the town’s hustle and bustle, with all the things you need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. I can’t recommend it enough.

We felt right at home and will definitely return. My family and I had an amazing time, with delicious breakfasts and lovely rooms with comfortable mattresses. The gardens were beautiful, and the welcome service was excellent.

We left very satisfied after a wonderful, enjoyable stay, and the food was delicious. Casa las Palmas is a peaceful, safe haven in the city. The hacienda has plenty of room to move around and unwind, and the care we received from Mrs. Paola and Mr. Alfredo made us feel like family. They were attentive and helpful, made sure we had what we needed, gave us a sense of security, and guided us to safe places in the city. We’re thrilled and eager to return. The place is kept clean, and breakfast is available for an extra charge. The main drawback for me was the pool: its water stayed cold even in hot weather, so if that matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The location also isn’t great. The nearest store is a 10-minute walk away, and there aren’t any restaurants nearby.
