The staff’s service really stood out and made our stay impressive. We were very happy with the hotel overall, and had an amazing time in SMA. We’ll definitely return someday.

Miguel and the staff made the stay memorable with their customer service. The hotel itself is very good and close to the city center. For a private, romantic evening, I’d choose a room with an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the church instead of a crowded rooftop bar. The city views are the best.

A lovely boutique hotel near the center, with everything close by. The whole staff was gracious and so helpful, and the service was TOP NOTCH. We had a great stay and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!

Padira might be the best deep tissue therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting massages as an amateur athlete for more than 30 years. My wife, daughter, and I visited the hotel Spa twice and came away feeling refreshed and healthier. It was almost magical. My wife and I would go every day we were in San Miguel de Allende if we could. Highly recommend!
