The rooftop bar was a lovely place to join our family and look out over the skyline and churches. It was our first time in San Miguel de Allende, and Casa Hoyos gave us a wonderful stay. We arrived at night and were warmly welcomed. Room #12 was comfortable, with a great bed, nice lighting, a rainfall shower beneath a skylight, and a round jacuzzi tub for two. Breakfast in the courtyard was great each morning, and the service was too. The front desk staff were consistently attentive, professional, and very helpful.

We felt comfortable in the spacious, well-appointed room during our two nights here. The hotel is beautifully designed, in an excellent location, and good value. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, and the food at Comité was delicious at both breakfast and dinner. The staff were helpful overall. I’d highly recommend it.

Casa Hoyos is beautiful, clean, and centrally located, with a design that feels lovingly done. The team made us feel incredibly welcome, even bringing us into their New Year’s Eve toast. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The music from the rooftop bar was so loud that I could still hear it through noise-cancelling headphones. I called the front desk several times and got different answers, first that it would stop at 10, then at 11. At 11, nobody answered my next three calls, so I had to go downstairs. I was then told the bar and music continued until 11:30. Asking them to turn down the volume didn’t help either. I don’t recommend the hotel. I don’t think music this loud belongs in a hotel until 11:30 PM.

The people running this stunning hotel were incredibly kind. They arranged an easy, smooth ride for us from Mexico City, and our driver was lovely. We had a small issue on arrival, and Enrique took great care of us and made sure it was handled. Omar was very sweet too. Their hospitality and kindness are unmatched. Thank you, Enrique!
