The bed was comfortable, and the location is very close to the main tourist spots. But the rooms didn’t look like the photos. They were dim and humid, and Wi-Fi only worked in certain spots. I felt like the person in Parasite, waving my phone around to find a signal. The bathroom light was dim, too. The rooftop patio could be nice for fresh air, except other guests stayed up there talking loudly until 1 a.m. during our stay. I couldn’t sleep properly, and the staff ignored my concerns.

The breakfast tasted good, though I wish the portions were larger. The shower was very slippery, so anti-slip mats would help prevent an accident. The place itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and the service was good. Our room was big enough for a whole family. I’d recommend it and would stay again if I return to San Miguel.

The rooftop terrace was a great bonus, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, with locals as well as tourists among their customers. We especially liked the roomy spaces, comfortable beds, and pleasant sitting areas.

The staff were friendly, and both the room and property were lovely. The location is close to many downtown San Miguel attractions and restaurants. Even so, I can’t recommend the place after an only okay stay: the shower never had warm or hot water, and one of the two beds was covered in white stuff that looked like it had fallen from the ceiling. I couldn’t tell if it was mold or plaster.

The rooftop terrace has a great view, and the location was lovely. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of room. Breakfast was included and tasted good, nothing fancy, just the relaxed, unpretentious kind of thing you get in Mexico. We had room 4, though it was freezing and the bathroom window wouldn’t close. Such a cute hotel.
