The staff were amazing, and the room was charming. We had the single king-size room, which I’d recommend. Its 15-foot roof and position with no rooms beside, above, below, or diagonally around it gave us a lot of privacy and freedom, right in the center of the tourist district. I took off a star because there’s no window and the door could be better at blocking sound.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, which is rare on my trips, and the staff were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Location and price were the first things on my checklist for San Miguel, and both worked for me. So yes, yes, and yes. If you enjoy nightlife, this could be your spot, though weekends can get a little loud and rowdy with crowds and music.

Such a pretty place! We loved the patio and how friendly the hosts were. We spent one night in a private downstairs room, which had everything we needed: a big, super comfy bed with lots of pillows, a great bathroom, a ventilator, bottled water, and shampoo. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely come back.

A great hostel right in the center of San Miguel, with everything you need within walking distance. There are hotel rooms as well as a hostel section for backpackers. Staff are always at the front desk and happy to help. Such lovely people. Thanks for having us!

We stayed in the mixed 10-bed room and liked it. There’s no AC, but it cools down at night. Lockers are available for backpacks and other belongings, and the place felt very safe. The location is the best, and the staff are friendly.
