This place isn't worth the money. The rooms were dirty, and I'd avoid the communal kitchen unless you want to get sick. The construction is also rough, with several gaps where doors meet the walls. The owner seems completely oblivious to customer service. Don't stay here unless you're okay with wasting your money.

Eugenio was a great host, quick to answer messages and full of good suggestions for food and things to do. His warm greeting made our stay feel extra special. We were in a quiet neighborhood known for its murals, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Zócalo. The room was comfortable, with a little fridge and coffee pot, and looked onto a small garden patio. We also enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon breaks on the rooftop terrace. A wonderful stay at Nuño 16.

Nunó 16 was one of my best lodging experiences in San Miguel de Allende. It’s within walking distance of the main spots and super affordable. The design is beautiful, every corner feels carefully looked after, and the management is warm, friendly, and really attentive. 20/10, I’d recommend it 💓

The room was cozy, with nice decor, a comfy bed, and properly hot water. The fridge in the room was especially handy after a hot day of walking, and there's a shared kitchen too. Self check-in by WhatsApp message and phone was very straightforward, and Eugenio was helpful. The location is convenient in the hip Guadalupe neighborhood, close to the main square. My one complaint: the in-room coffee machine somehow wouldn't dispense coffee.
