Room 1A is the one to avoid. It’s tiny and hot, its door doesn’t shut properly so warm air gets in, and the AC blows right at your head in bed. The fridge is very small too. Other rooms are much bigger and better, so choose one of those for a great stay. The garden is beautiful, the owner is kind, and the place is quiet. It’s also in a great location and good value.
It’s peaceful, with a beautiful garden, cold AC, and super comfortable beds. The place is a good option if you want to be away from the busy, expensive waterfront area. The local market is two blocks away, major stores are within walking distance, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby.
Chedraui is an easy walk from this quiet, lovely part of Cozumel. Check-in was simple, and the accommodations felt secure and looked beautiful. I’d happily recommend it.
The host was quick to respond, and we even added another night because we loved the island. The room was spacious, with a clean bathroom, hot shower, complimentary soap and shampoo, and good air conditioning plus a powerful fan. Netflix was handy for a movie after a long, hot day, and it’s an easy walk to the water. We stayed in 8A, where construction was a real problem. Drilling right on the wall beside our room ran from 8am-7pm and was extremely loud. We were out most of the day, luckily, but being in the room was pretty unbearable. The TV remote batteries also need replacing, since the buttons barely worked even close to the TV.
In San Miguel de Cozumel, this was a great-value place to stay. The room was tidy and clean, with a balcony, fridge, air conditioning, and a fan. It was also large and quiet.
