Hotel Boutique Villas Segovia Cozumel

The shower pressure was a little weak, but otherwise we were really pleased with our three-night stay. Our room was roomy, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and made to order each morning. Marta, the housekeeper, was great and even found a shirt we’d initially left behind. The hotel is a little outside centro, but that worked fine for us with our rented scooter. We appreciated being allowed to park it inside overnight for peace of mind.

Breakfast was included and delicious, and the woman at the front desk arranged rides to and from the airport. We thought the price was very reasonable, and we’d stay again if we return to Cozumel. Our room opened directly onto the courtyard, and the villa felt safe. Inside, there was a spacious main room with a king bed, mini fridge, internet-connected TV, and a separate closet. We had hot and cold running water. The waterfront tourist area and local shops and groceries were a very short walk away. The road in front is busy most of the day, so finding a taxi should be easy.

We went in February while the carnival was in town and were happy with our choice. The hotel is lovely, within walking distance of everything, and fit my budget well. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean shower with hot water, and loads of closet and drawer space. Breakfast was complimentary, freshly made, and tasty. The safe was small, so don’t expect to fit much beyond money, a passport, and a few small things. We sometimes heard doors slam or people walking and talking in the hall during the night or early morning, but it never kept us awake for long.

We stayed one night, and the villa was really nice and pretty. The bed was quite hard, which seems to be the case in Mexico, but I was so tired that I still slept well. Breakfast came with the room. It was made to order, and I liked it.
