Last week they were kind enough to bring a bucket of ice to my room. Today, when I came back for another trip, the woman in the restaurant wouldn't give me one and handed over a trash bag full of ice instead. It's melting on the desk and dripping everywhere, ruining the cheap surface. Really tacky, bad service. I expect better from a hospitality business.

So far I've had a very good experience and plan to come back. The air conditioning worked great, the bed is comfortable, and there's a small sitting area with a couch. Rooms have all the amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast is complimentary, and there is fan service. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport, with malls within walking distance and one directly across the drive. There's also a nice-looking pool that I plan to try later. The elevators require a key to reach the rooms, which is reassuring.

Gerardo Rodríguez, our shuttle driver, took great care of us on the ride to the airport. We enjoyed our stay at this nice, very clean hotel. Breakfast was awesome, and there's a big shopping center right next door.

I come to MTY for work often and always enjoy staying here. Paseo La Fe Mall and a grocery store are right nearby, and the hotel is well cared for. Everyone is lovely, from the front desk to the restaurant. Anita and Eric at the restaurant are especially sweet, and the night auditor Alba is always friendly. If the breakfast buffet isn't open yet, she makes sure I can grab a quick bite before work. I wish hotels in the USA were this welcoming and understood travelers' needs. Thanks for looking after me when I'm in town.
