The price was really good compared with hotels in the same category, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. I stayed for 23 days on vacation and had a fantastic time. It’s a large two-story house split into separate suites, with daily cleaning and generally good service. There’s no reception or room service, so it feels more like renting a small apartment. A good option for a vacation apartment in Monterrey near the metro.
The location is the one thing going for it. The service was terrible, there wasn’t even water, and the sheets and towels were disgusting. The place was badly cleaned. For that price, you can find somewhere much better, so I wouldn’t book it.
It’s a house divided into suites, and the internet was terrible. Children visiting made a lot of noise, and although they cleaned every day, they didn’t do a thorough job. Service was good, but it’s expensive for what you get. They should rethink the “executive suites” label and make the place more suitable for vacation stays.
The neighborhood felt secure, and the location is good. Internet and cable were recently added, but the weekday cleaning was very poor. The sheets and towels were in bad shape, some even torn, and the furniture was old. Getting decent service and room maintenance was a struggle. The price is far too high for what they offer, so I can’t recommend it.
Quiet and very clean, with a busy commercial area nearby. It works well for a visit to the hospital area.
