El Mejor Hotel en Melaque

Melaque was familiar to me from family vacations ever since I was a kid, but we gradually stopped coming because we weren’t finding anything new. Then we happened on “The Best Hotel” and weren’t sure it could be real. We booked anyway, and the photos didn’t capture how modern and beautiful it is. Our stay was full of thoughtful details. The small lobby felt welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. They explained the rules and payments when we arrived, offered us refreshing drinks, and gave us wristbands that work as room keys. In our smart rooms, Alexa controls things. We’d booked a double room expecting both beds in one space, but luckily they were in separate rooms. The air conditioning was new in every room, including the living room. Marble and parota wood gave the place an elegant feel, and the furniture was luxurious. There were 65-70-inch flat screens in the bedrooms and living room with streaming programs. After cleaning, they always left a little something. The bathroom had a very modern shower, plus a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and nail kit. The kitchen had a fridge with drinks available around the clock, filtered water at the sink, a gas grill, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and complimentary coffee pods. We ended up eating all our meals at the hotel after trying the food, even though we’d planned to go out. The staff were friendly, the seafood fresh and well served, and they gladly let you know if they have something that isn’t on the menu. The pool area was clean and relaxing, with a comfortable temperature for a soak anytime. Sun loungers in the pool let you relax and sunbathe without the heat. Outside, the lounge chairs were comfortable, and food and drinks were served there. They even offered a complimentary fruit tray while we waited for our dishes, and kept drinks cool with a setup while you waited. There’s a terrace close to the beach with comfortable loungers, dinners for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions, and yacht trips where the captain and his son share interesting stories. You can also rent bicycles to explore town or the beach. I think Melaque needed a modern place offering this kind of service. The staff were kind and professional, and the promotions and services came without fine print, misleading offers, or extra charges. We’ll definitely return. We had one of our best experiences, and they even said goodbye with a cup of coffee. Our one regret is not paying for all-inclusive, which really is worth it.

We’d planned on just one night, but liked the place so much that we stayed the whole weekend. The rooms were lovely, spotless, and comfortable, and every part of the hotel felt inviting. Watching the sunrise from the beach was beautiful. The welcome felt full of care, and the staff were so kind and helpful. All the meals were delicious, so I’d definitely recommend going all-inclusive. I also loved that the wristband opens the room, which means you don’t have to worry about losing a key. We were more than satisfied with the service.

The ocean-view room is the one to get, the sunset and view are wow. The rooms are very comfortable and full of technology, with a beautifully decorated bathroom. Everything is very new and clean, and there’s a complimentary coffee maker with capsules. We chose the plan with meals, which were delicious and served in generous portions. The staff are super friendly and flexible with hours, and the food is excellent. There’s also a small kitchenette with a blender, toaster, juicer, sink, and stove. For an adults-only group, it’s a great option and worth the price. It may not be cheap, but the quality is top-notch. The staff are 10 out of 10!

We came after reading some very positive reviews and had a special stay. The facilities were new and clean, and the food was delicious. There’s a dedicated young team across reception, housekeeping, the restaurant, and the rest of the place. A great spot to relax and enjoy some quality time. Congratulations to the staff!
