The rooftop view was so nice, and the food was delicious. Our room was clean, and shopping is an easy walk away. The pyramid is practically in the backyard, while the church is just off the block and has the best view of the volcano and city. The staff all seemed to communicate well and were happy to help: reception sorted out things we needed and gave directions, the bartender went out of his way to get us an Uber when the app oddly wouldn’t let us order one, and the cooks helped us with the Wi-Fi, lol. Highly recommend this place!

I was there for just one night, but I already want to return and stay longer. The room was beautiful, stylish, clean, and really comfortable. The staff gave amazing service and were always around when I needed help. And their cappuccinos were seriously delicious!

We only had breakfast here, and it was very good. Amazing food, friendly service, and coffee included with the meal.

The restaurant food was decent, and the pool was spotless, though nobody else was there. Joss came over anyway to offer us chips and a two-for-one mojito deal. Our room was quiet, tidy, and spotless, and the facilities were very clean with a pleasant smell. Receptionist Mariana gave incredible service, and they showed us to our room. I spent one night here and would definitely recommend it if you want to relax and get excellent service. We’ll be back!
