The secluded location means it doesn't get as crowded, and the pool is really nice. There's paintball and other activities, so it's a good place for an action-packed weekend with family or friends. But if you're hoping to relax, music and kids playing during the day can be heard in your room. For a quieter stay, a weekday is a better choice.

The pool was warm and clean, and our rooms were very clean too. My dog was the happiest, since it's pet-friendly! We had a blast playing paintball, and the equipment seemed new. The restaurant food was delicious, and all the staff gave excellent service. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so great, we'll definitely be back!

The service was good and everyone was very friendly, but the Wi-Fi and TV package we ordered didn't work. There were no channels and no Wi-Fi signal at all. I feel the price is high for what you get.

We had a fabulous few peaceful days from Holy Thursday through Sunday, and the place was very clean. Our rooms were spacious and spotless, and everyone was attentive. The temazcal was beautiful, and my son and his girlfriend really enjoyed their massage. The private pool is open to people who aren't staying at the hotel, and it isn't big enough for that many people. They should build another pool just for hotel guests. One day they cooked our order, and the food was delicious. The drinks were very good too. If you want a few days away from city noise, I recommend it 100%. The town and Atlacomulco are close, so you can go for a walk and explore.
