The beach is just a short walk away, and we even got to see baby turtles make their way toward the ocean for the first time. That was a real highlight of our vacation, along with our stay in this jungle-like place so close to the beach. The rooms were very clean, and the mosquito net came in handy with how fierce the bugs are here. We enjoyed meeting and talking with the staff, and Tom was great at suggesting good spots and keeping us company. Breakfast and coffee on site were delicious and better than we expected. Having a kitchen gave us the freedom to buy and eat what we wanted, though the big supermarket is quite far down the road, so renting a car helped. After staying here, we went to an all-inclusive, but this place was a highlight.

We had a great visit and will definitely come back, even though we were here during a hurricane. Tom and his girlfriend were wonderful hosts, so organized, welcoming, and full of useful information. We liked them so much we wanted to hire Tom for our own vacation rental business! The staff were always smiling, and our room was clean and roomy. The stay was far better than we expected.

The hotel was modest but very clean, and the location worked perfectly for us. Tom was incredibly accommodating, even driving us to the bike rental place down the road. We also really enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel. I’d happily stay again and would recommend it. Thanks so much!

I felt right at home here, and whenever I needed help someone was there. The couple running the hotel were easy to talk to and had great local suggestions. My room was cleaned every day, often while I was only out for a few minutes, and I’d come back to find the bed made and everything tidy. It’s a relaxing, comfortable, affordable place to stay. Try the coffee, and don’t miss a beach massage with Miguel!

Tulum’s beach is only a minute away, with restaurants, shops, and everything else nearby, but the spot itself is quiet. My room was spotless and such a relaxing place to rest. Tom is wonderful, and the whole staff were amazing. I’ll definitely return. Thank you!
