The bathroom was unusable, and there was no hot water. The beds looked dirty and were stained, and the room had bed bugs.

It’s right in Juquila’s commercial area, just a few steps from the Sanctuary and close to everything. Really nice and affordable. Call ahead to book.

No hot water, and the hotel itself was awful. I wouldn’t go there.

The beds were soft and comfortable, and the place was clean. But the rate they quoted by phone went up by $50 when we arrived to pay. There was no hot water early in the morning because they didn’t know how to turn on the water heater. It was also very windy during my stay, and the roof sheets weren’t secured well. They rattled loudly through the night, so falling asleep was hard even when everything else was quiet.

It was hard to find the hotel because there’s no sign, even though I already had a reservation. Juquila is a small town with only a few roads, and missing the street for your hotel means looping all the way around to get back. Once inside, guest noise wasn’t managed, and we couldn’t sleep.
