For a two-star hotel, this deserves more. The service is super friendly, and the rooms are spacious and in very good condition. The beds and showers are great, there’s plenty of parking out front with security, and they even have a gym.

The rooms are large and have a small pantry area, with all the utensils you need for everyday cooking. That makes this a really good option for an extended stay. Breakfast is served in the morning, but it isn’t a buffet and there aren’t many menu choices. If you’re staying a long time, the options may get boring.

On the evening of June 23, 2018, some guests were drinking, shouting, playing music far too loudly, and being rude to others. It was terribly noisy. Even after other guests asked staff repeatedly to deal with it, nothing was done. I won’t stay there again.

I’m an IHG Premier member, and this hotel ranks in the bottom 1% for customer service in my experience. The service after check-in was terrible. They’ve owed me a credit for more than four weeks, refused to refund my credit card, and wanted to pay my bank directly. I kept hearing one story after another about when the credit would arrive. Most recently, they said the owner was on vacation and was the only person who could approve it. For example, they said the pool was covered all weekend because it was broken. The reality, as I understand it, was that they had no money for pool chemicals. Beware of this hotel and its sister hotel in Celaya.
