NH Queretaro

I don't usually take time to write this kind of review, but Rodrigo in the restaurant changed my mind. From the first day, he was courteous, attentive, and careful with the details. People like him make guests feel at home when they're traveling. I'm grateful for his service and for having someone like him on the staff.

The rooms are incredibly small. I asked for a double since I had a companion, but got the same size room with two beds. I didn't expect that, and since they charge more for the double, I expected more room too. The good part was the food and the service. By service, I mean people were respectful and efficient, not just smiling all the time. On a business trip, I need things done right the first time and problems solved so I can get back to home base. I'm not there to relax. I enjoyed my stay and will book again, especially since I usually travel alone.

The stay at NH hotel was relaxing and very good. Reception and restaurant staff were courteous and helped us get what we needed. There's lots of parking and good accessibility, and room service was fantastic, bringing what we needed on time.

I found the hotel deeply disappointing and wouldn't recommend it. The restaurant was mediocre at best, and the gym felt like a sauna, with little ventilation and no way to get water. My room had almost no storage, awkwardly placed outlets, and painfully slow WiFi. The rooms are small, too. The bathroom was bare bones, and the shower only got lukewarm. When housekeeping came, they left no towels. I couldn't shower, and the front desk told me they had run out of clean ones. There hadn't been hand towels from the start, either, or a floor mat for stepping out of the shower. Spend your money somewhere else.
