I stayed here last night because the location suited my business trip, but the hotel didn’t work out. The internet was down, and they couldn’t get it fixed. There wasn’t much empathy about the situation either. I’m a lifetime Diamond member of @Hilton Honors. Hampton used to have a 100% guarantee that meant they’d make things right, but that wasn’t my experience at this location. This will be my last stay here, and I can’t recommend it.

For anyone wanting a proper breakfast, there’s basically only egg. The juice is extremely sweet and tastes artificial, and the only bread is sweet, sugary artificial toast. That’s a disappointing breakfast.

Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn standard, and it was served well. The location is handy, next to a mall with lots of food choices on Blvd La Campana in Juriquilla. The rooms feel a little small, and I was disappointed they didn’t have a small fridge. Water also runs out of the shower in some rooms.

The parking lot feels unsafe, dark and deserted, and the hotel itself looks unfinished, like they rushed to start renting it. Capitalism! I’m fed up with this chain. I booked at a quoted price, and they didn’t even take my name, but when I arrived the price had gone up. Hampton used to be my favorite.
