One Querétaro Centro Sur

The rooms are small, but it's a decent place if all you need is somewhere to sleep. It's on the south side of the city.

My requested one-bed room turned out to be a two-bed room with a smaller mattress. There wasn't an iron in the room like at other hotels from the same brand, so I asked the front desk. The first one didn't work, and I had to go back down for another. Breakfast was good. Before arriving, I sent three messages and never got a reply.

The rooms feel cramped and are quite small, so I wouldn't choose this for a planned family vacation. For a business trip or an event you need to attend, though, it's a good option. The service is acceptable, and the employees help with what you need. Breakfast is included, and meals at the Fiesta Inn right next door come with discounts.

The staff were excellent, and the place was clean and comfortable. It's hard to find on Google Maps, and I missed the turn more than once. The navigation seems to trip up because you turn at a Toyota dealer that's small and has little signage. I'd suggest asking for an odd-numbered room, since those face away from the nearby bus station. Parking is limited to spaces around back, and there's an Oxxo behind the hotel.
