Casa Moseua Hotel Boutique

The room decor is very nice, but the bathtub is poorly designed. Water spills into the bathroom hallway and leaves a puddle in the room. The place was clean when we arrived, though no one ever offered room service. Customer service left a lot to be desired.

The staff were friendly and very attentive, and the location was convenient, just two blocks from the city center. There’s a parking lot across the street, though it costs extra. We enjoyed the Lele doll art exhibit during our stay, and the terrace has a wonderful view. Our simple room had air conditioning and a jacuzzi, which was great for relaxing. The hotel itself was pleasant and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere in the rooms.

We found the hotel very comfortable for a family or couples’ trip, and there are several room options, from single and double rooms to some with jacuzzis. There was always hot water. It was very hot during our visit, but the air conditioning in each room helped a lot. The terrace is lovely and has a nice view. Service was excellent from the moment we arrived. A really great experience, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The staff, both the young woman and the young man, were very attentive. Everything was clean and tidy, and the location is great. One thing to know: the parking lot across the street charges for a full day if you stay even an hour longer.
