There are water jugs around the hotel so you can refill your bottle, and the windows in the room open. The room smelled nice and was clean and spacious, though it wasn't especially new. It was also quiet and comfortable, so I slept well.
Everything is within walking distance from this very central property. I visit Queretaro about 2-3 times a year and will definitely stay here again. They are updating the place, and I could see some of the improvements. I stayed downstairs in a room with three beds while I had company, then moved to a single room upstairs. It's a wonderful property, and I couldn't ask for more, though I'm easily appeased.
The rates are good, and the rooms were nice. The shower had strong pressure and stayed hot. I especially like having an easy, secure parking option in the center. This will be our regular stop when we travel to Queretero!
A PALACE, honestly 😍 Waking up in that colonial-style room with its high ceiling made me feel like royalty. The bathroom was big, everything was super clean, and the staff were friendly. All perfect. Graciasssss🩷🩷🩷
I loved sitting in the pretty courtyard, and the room was cleaned exceptionally well. The hotel is quiet and centrally located. There was staff at the door day and night; they spoke English and were helpful. I'll stay again.
