The location worked well for us, about a 25-minute walk from Centro Historico, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and stores nearby. The hotel is also across from the bus line if you want to take QRObus. It’s a beautiful place tucked away in the city, with lovely landscaping, a nice pool, a grassy area, and a play space for kids. There’s a restaurant too, and the food was tasty. The huge tacos are worth trying. Our room was comfortable and had strong air conditioning. It’s a very family-friendly hotel, and both housekeeping and the staff were wonderful. I appreciated the functional gym and its scale. My only issue was being on the bottom floor beneath someone whose footsteps were very loud. That was down to the person staying above us, though. I’d recommend it if you want a relaxing hotel.

Finding the way here from the highway was difficult, since the property sits in the middle of the city. Once we arrived, though, our room was surprisingly quiet. The gated parking area has a guard, and the room we chose let us park right in front of our door. The whole place was immaculate, with lovely decor indoors and beautiful green spaces outside. It was an incredible find, and I hope I can stay again.

The room was small, but the bed and pillows were really comfortable. There’s a nice pool and a play area for kids, plus an excellent restaurant. The location is central.

I misjudged the place from the street. Once you’re up at reception, you get a much better sense of it. The grounds are well landscaped and very quiet, and my room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful; the bed was comfy, the linens smelled great, and there were extra pillows and a huge TV. We’ll stay again.

I’ve stayed here twice and found it peaceful, with great staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The one downside is the unreliable Wi-Fi in the rooms. I haven’t been able to work well once I’m back in there. Maybe that’s a nudge to spend time sunning by the pool.
