Hotel Boutique Casona Cantera Queretaro

It’s decent, but upkeep seems to have slipped. We had to get the linens replaced. I wouldn’t stay again.

Right in the center.

The stay was peaceful and pleasant, and we were just a couple of blocks from the plaza of the Casa de la Corregidora, with lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. I’d booked a room with a bathtub, though I didn’t use it. The water was hot and the room seemed quite clean. There were a few things to fix: we found a small dead cockroach, fortunately, and although the bed had been cleaned well, the sheets were stained. Nothing suspicious, but they looked like they’d been used for a while. Wi-Fi was intermittent at night, though it worked fine during the day.

The staff were attentive and friendly. It was cozy and comfortable, and a good choice for a family trip if you want to explore the city center on foot.
