The care and attention from the team made our visit to Hotel Criol in Querétaro feel special. Everyone was warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and so kind that we felt like the most important guests there. The beautifully designed exterior gives the hotel its own charm, and breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a highlight for us. It's rare to find hospitality that feels this welcoming and personal. The place is lovely, but the people and their attention to detail are what made it unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for making our time in Querétaro so special. We'd gladly return.

The staff at Hotel Criol made our trip much easier. They helped when we had a flight issue and gave us great restaurant and activity suggestions for my daughter. It's on a quiet street but still central, so getting around the centro is easy. The hotel was clean and peaceful, and the pool was refreshing after a day of walking. Breakfast was incredible, especially the weekend buffet. I'm still thinking about it. Such a cool boutique hotel, we'd absolutely stay again.

I've been staying at Hotel Criol for business whenever I'm in Quertaro, for many years, and the service has always been great. The staff are consistently friendly, which is a lovely bonus. They've done a wonderful job combining modern architecture and artwork with a historic location. The varied, tasty breakfasts always get my day off to a good start, and the location is perfect for walking around the historic downtown and finishing with a nice meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. I highly recommend checking out Hotel Criol!

The rooms felt modern and cozy, and there was a nice range of movies and shows on the TV. The reception team was kind and helpful, especially Nancy. We had a great stay at Criol Hotel.

We stayed here toward the end of our trip and found it clean, comfortable, and staffed by friendly people who provided good service. It worked well for a one-night layover. The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was pleasant, though this isn’t a luxury hotel. If you go in with those expectations, you’ll be quite content.
