The room was lovely and SUPER clean, though the bathroom has no real door, just two swinging panels, so there’s no privacy. The front desk woman was very nice and service was good. The hotel didn’t feel especially secure to us, but nothing happened.

I only needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours, so I didn’t expect much. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower had spa-level pressure and temperature, and the shampoo and shower gel smelled like the ones I remember from hotels in Europe. I know hotels pretty well, and it’s been a long time since I found this kind of experience at such a good price. I was genuinely surprised. Highly recommend.

The location is right in the center, and the rooms are cozy, clean, and nicely fitted out. The bathrooms are lovely too. Everyone on staff was so friendly and ready to help, and the hotel is really comfortable with all the amenities. Parking takes a little figuring out, but their arrangement with a public lot a few blocks away has been a big help. 100% recommended.

The rooms are lovely and the hotel feels very comfortable. Being right in central Querétaro is handy, though parking is hard to find and there’s no parking at the hotel. You also have to ring the bell at the gate and wait to be let in, which can take a while and gets inconvenient.
