We booked through their own website and got a confirmation email, then at 4 pm on the day we arrived they called to say there was no availability and canceled our reservation. Just like that, with no name or explanation.

The complex is beautiful, with apartments, a pool, and a nice view. From one side of it, you get a beautiful view of the city.

The morning staff were very friendly, and the location is nice and accessible, with a supermarket nearby. There’s also ample parking, a well equipped 24 hour gym, and a good sized pool, though it isn’t heated. The apartments have kitchens in good condition and very nice views. But our room was changed without notice, and we were sent to the 16th floor. The windows there are poorly positioned, and the strong wind at that height made it feel like a fan was blowing full blast in our faces throughout the apartment. We told the evening assistant, who told us to get lost and didn’t follow up. There were several dead bedbugs by the windows in both bedrooms and the living room, and the apartment was poorly cleaned. Security at the entrance also seemed somewhat lax. You can hear every truck, car, and motorcycle passing on the road. I left with a sore throat, and they offered no solution. I wouldn’t recommend staying because of the condition of the 16th floor rooms and how they handled the problem.

The location in SunZona is central, with everything close by, and the building is beautiful and spacious. It was very quiet, and the balcony views are incredible. The pool wasn’t heated, and it wasn’t being maintained during our stay. In some spots, you could see dirt on the bottom, which made us hesitate to use it. The sensor lights on the floor were a little eerie too: when you get off and open the doors, the hallway is dark at first. We had to leave at 6:00 AM, but there was no reception staff around. The contact number we used to book and the WhatsApp number they provided were both switched off, so the parking attendant ended up helping us check out.
