The parking entrance attendant was the best part of our stay. The older gentleman there was so friendly and upbeat, and always made us smile when we came or went. The rooms are modern, a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and around 30 degrees Celsius. The hotel looks a little dated from outside, though. If you want an early night, ask for a room away from the inner courtyard and pool. They played loud music there, and one night there was karaoke until about 11 pm. It was impossible to sleep. I took a video through the closed window. Pool service was poor. They were quick to sell us a bundle of vouchers for drinks and food, but didn’t mention they could only be used from 12 pm to 8 pm, except for soft drinks and beer. We still had a lot left at checkout, which is also at 12 pm, so I wouldn’t buy the bundle again. Food took almost an hour to arrive. The lifeguard station by the pool was hardly ever staffed, which didn’t seem very safe with so many children swimming while their parents weren’t always watching. It’s a good hotel if you can put up with the noise and don’t expect much poolside service.

I went for a workshop and found it a very nice option. It was clean, and everyone I met was helpful and polite, from the people at the parking entrance onward. The staff are very kind and accommodating.

The rooms are okay, but if you want somewhere to rest, this isn't it. There’s extremely loud music all night, nonstop. I’m not sure if it comes from inside the hotel or outside, but it’s definitely very loud.

People staying here shout and talk loudly in the halls for long stretches, as if they were walking around a park. The rooms are old and dirty, and the shower head didn’t work properly, spraying water outside the shower stall. It was a terrible stay. I’ll never come back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is in an old former convent, with a heated pool in the interior patio. The outside looks a bit run down, and the facade could use work. Staff were friendly and service was good. It’s right by a city highway, with a bus stop just to the right that has routes to different parts of Queretaro. A modern mall with a food court and lots of stores is about 300 m to the right. Breakfast is available as a buffet or à la carte, and access is easy for wheelchairs.
