One receptionist was excellent when we arrived, getting us checked in quickly and helping arrange late-night food. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very good bed, sofa, strong AC, ceiling fan, and safe. We had booked a swim-up room, but the track behind it made it feel exposed and short on privacy, so we barely used the pool. Leaves and bugs got into it sometimes, which makes sense with the nearby trees. A leak under the sink flooded part of the room and wasn't fixed after we reported it, so we had to deal with it using towels. They also didn't replace the shower gel when it ran out, and our Bonvoy Gold benefit was never confirmed, which was confusing. The beachfront setting is pleasant, with a quiet beach for relaxed swims and lovely sunset views from the loungers. With the right expectations, it's still a decent place, though I'd probably try somewhere else next time in Holbox.

We liked the location and the beach club, with its sunbeds and lovely sunset atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and the beds very comfortable, though the shower temperature kept changing. The restaurant food was very expensive and not that good. We also felt the stay cost too much for the value. Service could be better too: we had booked two separate rooms because availability was limited, one with a sea view and one without. At check-in, a staff member said she'd checked with her manager and we could stay in one room. The next day, they suddenly told us we had to check out and check in again, which was inconvenient.

It’s an easy walk into town, and you’re close to the newer restaurants and activities on the west side. The hotel itself is peaceful at night, with a lovely beach, pool, and amenities. Rooms were clean and comfortable, aside from the sand we all seem to bring in. Staff at both the hotel and restaurant were excellent.

The beach area has plenty of loungers and shade, and the hotel is in a calm spot about a 10-minute walk from the center. Our room was reasonably roomy and comfortable, with a big TV, coffee machine, and a nice shower. We got good value booking through a third party. There was dust and sand in the room throughout our stay, though the rest of the cleaning was fine. The shower and restroom had almost no light. The restaurant felt overpriced, and beach service was nearly nonexistent. We had to go to the restaurant to get someone to take an order, and they weren’t very receptive. The pool is small. Still, I’d recommend the hotel if you find a good rate.

The island felt calm, and we felt safe the whole time. From the hotel, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the village and restaurants, or to the other side where there are more bars and restaurants. We had a great six-day stay, with wonderful staff and a lovely resort just two steps from the beach. Our room was spacious and had everything we expected. We’d happily come back, and I highly recommend it.
