Route 5 was spotless, with working heat and hot water in the shower. There were also cooking utensils, which made it easy to grill or prepare another meal. We stumbled across this place by chance, and I’ll definitely be back. The converted trucks used as cabin-style sleeping spaces are such a unique idea, and I loved the concept.
At midnight it should be quiet, but guests in the other cabins ignored the rules. The place has strict rules, so they should make sure people follow them. This isn’t my first visit, and the units still need better cleaning and maintenance. Route 1 was really neglected, with holes in the bathroom floor, and it was somewhat dirty because it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Calling it a cabin doesn’t make that okay.
A great place for a weekend surrounded by nature, while still keeping some comfort. I’d recommend it.
