It's a good place to stay, but the experience wasn't quite what I expected. The restaurant's food and hours were different from what I had in mind, and the hours and menu can change.

The food was delicious and affordable, and the rooms were attractive, a little rustic, and had all the services we needed. I also liked the green spaces, which made the hotel feel comfortable. It's a pleasant place, conveniently located near the city center.

The beds feel like sleeping on the floor, and mosquitoes around the pool make it hard to enjoy the quiet. COVID rules meant we couldn't eat in the restaurant, but there wasn't even a table in the room for meals. It's a beautiful place, so it's a shame the spa stay felt this uncomfortable. Update: I'm adding a star for the great kitchen service and the amazing showers.

On our second trip to Sayula, we found this hotel to be the best. The service is amazing, and there are lovely spots to sit outdoors.

We've visited Sayula often to see family, and we've also hired the hotel to arrange several family events. They did a wonderful job with the décor and presentation of the food in casuelas, and everything tasted amazing. Thanks for looking after me and my guests!
