There was something to do every day, and the volunteers were so friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite hostels I've stayed at. Everything else was amazing, and I highly recommend it. My only gripe was breakfast: I wish the 100-peso option had been more of a proper meal.

I really liked having a quiet lounge where I could work remotely, along with the pool and terrace for hanging out. The staff and volunteers put a lot into making the atmosphere fun and inclusive, with plenty of activities each week. I had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend ITH Sayulita.

The free surf lessons were a great bonus, and the potluck party had delicious food. The hostel was spotless and cleaned every day. There were fun events daily, so there was always something to do, and the welcoming, friendly atmosphere made it easy to meet people right away. I'd absolutely stay again.

We stayed at ITH Sayulita Hostel in December 2025. There were organized activities like yoga, pub crawls, and barbecues, and the clean rooms, relaxed feel, and community atmosphere made it a very friendly place. We had a small misunderstanding about payment, but were able to clear it up with the hotel staff even after our stay.

The kitchen was one of the best I've had in a hostel, and the pool was cool and refreshing. The staff were very helpful and did a great job; they really made my stay. The manager was great too. Be sure to join the potluck night, the cooks are excellent.
