Our friends checked in on May 1 and found there was no water. They’d booked a luxury suite with a kitchen, but were given a 10-by-10 room with only about two feet of space around the bed and nowhere to store anything. The view was a run-down building surrounded by piles of garbage and junk, and all the hot tubs were broken. The property has barely responded. Our friends are trying to get the booking agency to resolve it, but the only offer from the property so far has been a 15% credit, with no move to the suite they actually booked. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place.
