Ysuri Sayulita - Beachfront Hotel

The service was the best part. Ninfa, Malena, and Elias were all exceptional. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view, and there's an infinity pool too. Staying here was a pleasure, and I'd strongly recommend it.

We had booked a stay at Hotel Ysuri Sayulita, but had to cancel before traveling to Mexico because of active conflict in the region. We never checked in or used the room, yet the hotel refused to refund us. A reputable hotel should find a way to work with guests who cancel over legitimate safety concerns. Hotel Ysuri Sayulita chose not to, and that says a lot about how it values its guests. We'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere in the area. Your safety and money deserve better.

I stayed here with a friend in October 2024. I know it's taken me a long time to write this, but I keep thinking about how satisfied we both were and wanted to say so. The location was simply amazing. Our room was beautiful, very clean, renovated, and larger than I'd expected, with a lovely view and an outdoor jacuzzi. The infinity pool was also very nice and clean, and the customer service was the best. I had a massage with an Argentinian woman who was very professional and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience, and I hope to come back someday. Sorry this review took so long.

The staff were phenomenal and went out of their way to make our stay great. The property was pretty, with a great pool overlooking the beach, and our rooms were clean and roomy. We were right by the beach, and the location was perfect, only a few minutes' walk from everything. It still felt like a little pocket of paradise. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.
