The camp was a great way for my daughter to surf with kids her age and spend time outdoors in Sayulita. She went for two weeks and had an amazing time, even though she doesn’t speak Spanish. The instructors were attentive, kept us updated each day, and planned activities she really enjoyed. We’ve tried one-on-one lessons at other popular spots, and the attention there didn’t compare. Locals who send their own kids here recommended Surf N Roll, and for younger children, it’s the best place in Sayulita in my experience.

We liked the lesson so much that we booked another one for the next day. Coach Gabriel was fantastic with my 7 year old, helping him get up on the board and feel good about surfing. The whole thing was easy to book, get to, and get started, and my son had a lot of fun and came away much more confident.

We stayed for two weeks and would happily come back. It’s a quieter hostel, good if you want to relax and sleep well, but still very close to the in Plaza. The beach is just steps away, and surf rentals are reasonably priced. The staff were kind and helpful with our questions and concerns. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were stocked, and the kitchen had plenty of supplies.

Melanie was a really helpful instructor, and with her guidance and support we were all standing up on the waves pretty quickly. My friends and I had so much fun taking lessons here. I’d definitely recommend it!

The waves weren’t the best, but we still had a blast and made the most of our first time surfing. Melanie made the experience great. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to learn to surf! 🤙🏄♀️
