The budget rooms were okay, but the service at reception was awful. The guy, Ruben if I remember right, kept interrupting my husband and me whenever we tried to ask questions and talked down to us. I wouldn't recommend the place because of how poorly we were treated. Someone like that should be fired.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, and there was no management on site. I booked through Airbnb, but when I arrived the hotel said it didn't work with Airbnb. Since it was hard to find another available room, I booked directly with the hotel and ended up paying much more than the Airbnb price I'd been quoted. Reception wouldn't give me a receipt even after I asked. The whole payment situation felt very shady.

The coffee maker was filthy inside, so I didn't want to use it.

The room looked clean, and the sheets and towels were clean too. The view and shared area were nice, but I saw cockroaches, so the place needs fumigating. I was mainly disappointed by the pool: it was muddy, filthy, and unusable. I told them, and they said they'd clean it that day. After I came back from the beach, it still wasn't usable. I felt scammed, messaged them, and never got a reply. Customer service wasn't great either. There's no internet except in the common area. Parking costs extra and getting in is a hassle. The steep ramp feels dangerous because the tires spin easily. It's okay if all you need is a place to sleep, but I wouldn't stay long term.
