Bungalows Jaqueline

My sisters and I spent some time with our parents at their room, even though we weren't staying there ourselves. The rooms were clean and nice, and we loved the unusual outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool. The hotel is a quiet little oasis in the middle of town, with easy access to everything. My parents arrived at 10:30 a.m., well before the usual 3 p.m. check-in, and the staff let them into their room since it was ready. One downside: when they stayed Friday night, it was terribly loud.

The coffee shop across the street makes the best cappuccino in town, and you're only steps from the plaza and beach. Bungalows Jaqueline is right in the middle of everything, so nights can be loud. We had earplugs and managed fine. Inside, there's a lovely private pool area and beautiful gardens beyond the front door. Our room was spacious, very clean, and authentically Mexican, with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and I'd happily stay again on my next trip to Sayulita.

It has a peaceful feel, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I liked the hotel's look, and the price was very reasonable. It's right beside the main town square, though, so expect some noise at night and bring earplugs. Other than that, it was great.

The attentive, friendly staff and saltwater pool with its waterfall were highlights. Each room has its own character and local art, and the little hotel sits right in the heart of Sayulita. I'd definitely recommend Bungalows Jacqueline.
